After Your Order
Thank you for ordering from StoreCraft. If you paid through Shopify, use your Shopify order number. If you paid through a Stripe link, keep your Stripe receipt and share its confirmation reference and payment email when you contact us. Stripe link payments do not automatically create a Shopify order.
1. Send your brief
For a complete listing package, send clear original photos for each product, accurate product facts and claims, your chosen marketplace, price, stock, shipping and returns settings, required identifiers and brand references. Share appropriate seller-account access through a safe permission method. Never email a password. If you ordered Shopify design, send your store URL, brand assets and approved product content.
Use the project contact form for your brief and include your payment reference.
How to send your original files
- Submit your brief using the project contact form. Include your chosen service, payment email and Stripe receipt reference.
- Tell us which product photos and brand assets are ready. The form does not upload attachments.
- Once the studio replies by email, reply to that message with your original files or agree a suitable private transfer method for large or confidential files.
For several products, label each group clearly (Product 1, Product 2, and so on). Do not send passwords, identity documents or customer data. Production timing is confirmed after the usable files and required details have been reviewed.
2. We check feasibility and timing
We review the source photos and platform requirements, ask for any missing information and confirm a realistic schedule before production. Publication depends on account and product eligibility.
3. Review the work
We prepare the agreed visuals and listing content or Shopify page, then invite one consolidated round of reasonable corrections within the purchased scope.
4. Receive the handover
For listing packages, you receive five approved 1200 × 1200 PNG files per product and live listing links where publication is permitted. Otherwise we provide completed listing drafts and identify the missing requirement. Shopify services are handed over in your store with remaining account tasks explained.
