Services and package scope

StoreCraft offers made-to-order digital ecommerce services. A complete listing package states its product count and includes five final PNG visuals plus one platform-specific marketplace listing per product on one selected marketplace. Shopify store and product page services have separate scopes described on their product pages. Physical photography, product manufacturing, paid advertising and sales guarantees are not included unless expressly agreed.

Orders and source material

After purchase, provide accurate product details, materials you have permission to use and the account information needed for the selected service. We may request higher quality photos or missing product facts. We confirm the feasible scope and production schedule after review.

Platform and account requirements

You are responsible for your seller account, the product's eligibility and required identifiers, claims, shipping and return information. We prepare and publish a listing with your approval when the platform permits it; if publication is blocked, we deliver completed drafts and explain what remains. We cannot guarantee marketplace approval, ranking or sales.

Delivery and changes

One consolidated round of reasonable corrections to the agreed brief is included. Additional products, marketplaces, concepts, files or account work require a separate agreement. See delivery and revision details.

Rights and problems

You must have permission to provide and use source images and brand materials. Check factual claims and applicable marketplace requirements before publishing. See customer uploads and usage and refund and cancellation information. Nothing here limits mandatory legal rights. Contact us with your order number if an issue arises.
