This policy applies to custom digital creative services. Your legal consumer rights are not affected by this page.

Before production begins

If you want to cancel, contact us promptly with your order number. Where work has not started, we will assess cancellation and any refund in line with applicable law and the agreed order terms.

After production begins

Tell us as soon as possible if you wish to stop. We will explain what work has been completed, what remains, and what refund, if any, is due under applicable law and the agreement for your order. We do not apply an automatic blanket “no refunds” rule.

Problems with the delivered work

If an image does not match the agreed brief or contains a correctable error, contact us with details. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate correction or other remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
