Send a question or your paid-project brief. Required fields are your name, email and message. Photos are sent separately after the studio replies.

Ask a question before ordering, or send your brief after payment. We review your materials and confirm scope and timing before work begins.
Already paid?
Include your service name, payment email and Stripe receipt or confirmation reference. If you used Shopify checkout, include the Shopify order number instead.
Include these details in your message
- Your chosen service and marketplace, or your Shopify store URL.
- Product count, accurate dimensions, materials, colors and essential features.
- What you want to improve and any preferred visual direction.
- Any desired deadline so we can confirm feasibility.
How to send your original files
- Submit your brief using the project contact form. Include your chosen service, payment email and Stripe receipt reference.
- Tell us which product photos and brand assets are ready. The form does not upload attachments.
- Once the studio replies by email, reply to that message with your original files or agree a suitable private transfer method for large or confidential files.
For several products, label each group clearly (Product 1, Product 2, and so on). Do not send passwords, identity documents or customer data. Production timing is confirmed after the usable files and required details have been reviewed.
