Your Product Photo Guide

Clear source photos make a better starting point.

A recent phone photo can work when the product is sharp, evenly lit and unobstructed. Send original files rather than screenshots or compressed messaging images.

For each product, prepare

  • A complete front view plus useful side and back angles.
  • Close-ups of logos, labels, stitching, clasps and details that must remain accurate.
  • Dimensions, materials, color names, variants and verified features.
  • Your logo, brand assets and a reference for the desired visual style.

Before taking the photos

  • Use soft daylight and a simple background.
  • Keep the whole item in frame and use the highest available image quality.
  • Avoid filters, heavy glare, blur and text covering the product.
  • Show important features directly; missing details cannot be reliably recreated.

Not sure your photos will work?

Ask before purchasing. We can check whether the available files support your intended result and request stronger sources where needed.

How to send your original files

  1. Submit your brief using the project contact form. Include your chosen service, payment email and Stripe receipt reference.
  2. Tell us which product photos and brand assets are ready. The form does not upload attachments.
  3. Once the studio replies by email, reply to that message with your original files or agree a suitable private transfer method for large or confidential files.

For several products, label each group clearly (Product 1, Product 2, and so on). Do not send passwords, identity documents or customer data. Production timing is confirmed after the usable files and required details have been reviewed.
