Files and providers

We may share necessary files with ecommerce hosting, payment, communications and creative-production providers in order to perform the service. We do not sell your uploaded product photos as a separate product. Avoid submitting personal information about third parties in product files.

Retention and requests

We keep information only as long as needed for the project, related customer support and applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion through our contact form. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for a valid dispute.
