Your materials

By submitting photographs, logos, packaging or other files, you confirm you have the rights needed for us to use them to provide your requested service. Do not upload another party's private information, unlawful material or assets you do not have permission to use.

How we use the files

We use supplied material to scope and produce your order, communicate about corrections and deliver the agreed images. We may use tools and service providers needed for production; do not send confidential trade secrets or personal information of third parties without checking the intended workflow with us first.

Final work

After full payment, you may use the delivered final images to promote and sell your own products, subject to any rights you hold in the underlying products, logos and source materials. We do not transfer ownership of third-party assets. We will not present your commissioned work as a public client case study without your permission.

Marketplace responsibility

Check the rules of each marketplace and make sure all factual claims in your listing are accurate. We do not guarantee marketplace approval or sales results.
